The basis for the About USM Report is an online questionnaire powered by the Birkman Method®. The questionnaire requires about 40 minutes to take. Each person receives his/her About USM Report in individual or group feedback sessions. The sessions are facilitated by an About USM Consultant who reviews the results and has individuals validate their unique behavioral profiles.
